We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to take on a broad range of responsibilities and play a key role in developing and growing a new circular economy solution.

Primary Responsibilities
Help develop and take main responsibility for planning and managing our industrial pilot plant project (to be located in Fredrikstad).
Support the development of biocarbon products for customers and the associated production technology
Important discussion partner for future customers in questions relating to product and production
Support CTO in the planning of a full scale industrial factory for biocarbon production
Responsible for building and documenting our production quality systems
Build systems for transfer of learnings and best practice from pilot plant to industrial scale factory.
Qualification & Skills
MSc or BSc in Engineering within Process, Chemistry, Automation or similar
Experience from the Process industry, or similar
Knowledge of operations, production planning and quality systems, and with a high degree of accuracy and diligence in documentation
Understanding of thermochemical processing or knowledge of metallurgical smelting processes
Motivated, engaged, ambitious, proactive, team oriented, the ability to get things efficiently done with high level of integrity
Personal drive and motivation to build a company in the circular economy
